My only goal within any session is to guide you to the place in the Gene Keys that is most resonant, nourishing and meaningful to you in this moment.
What this typically looks like for a first session is walking through the foundations of the Activation Sequence in your Hologenetic Profile and diving into the Art of Contemplation. Thus, the main focus for flow will likely be on your Prime Gifts, which are the spheres of your Life's Work, Evolution, Radiance and Purpose.
That being said it just depends where you are at and what is alive for us both.
Between each of your Gene Keys and the line numbers in your profile, there is more than enough to be getting on with. We'll use the whole profile and can explore anything you wish or that seems appropriate. I draw on every part of the Gene Keys I am versed in for our work together.
I have found though, whether you are entirely new to the Gene Keys or have your own robust spiritual practice, working intimately through the Activation Sequence, or what we sometimes call the Genius Sequence, gives you the foundation upon which your natural creativity can really shine and connects you to your inner truth. It also sets us up for deeper contemplation, refinement and calibration in the future.
Your creative potential is your genius and your genius is your purpose.
